Exercise SOUTHERN VANGUARD 25 (ExSV25) is a bi-lateral U.S. Army South (ARSOUTH) led, JDXA funded, direct action focused exercise with the Chilean , Peruvian and Argentinian Army in the Andes Mountains of Chile.
