The Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) mission is to provide warfighter readiness and operational reach through superior ammunition logistics from production to destruction.

Through excellence in ammunition logistics and specialized Ammunition Peculiar Equipment production and maintenance, TEAD upholds its commitment to delivering the tools necessary for mission success. TEAD is engaged in all four functions of munitions from production to destruction and supports U.S. Joint Forces, other federal agencies, and allies and partners through Foreign Military Sales. TEAD also serves as a Federal Emergency Management Agency southwest staging site for disaster response.
