The 414th Contracting Support Brigade held a change of command ceremony for Lt. Col. David J. Delassus, who relinquished command of the unit to Col. Jonathan L. Brown, the incoming commander of the 414th CSB, at Caserma Ederle, Italy, Aug. 28.
