    SEATTLE, Wash. -- Angel Beier, Kellogg High School student and Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) cadet, will attend the Marine Corps 2018 Summer Leadership and Character Development Academy (SLCDA) in July 16-23 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia.
