U.S. Marine Corps poolees with Recruiting Sub-Station San Francisco, Recruiting Station San Francisco, participate in the RS San Francisco annual pool function in San Francisco, California, April 24–25, 2026. The video follows poolees Alvin Woo, Connor Kwan and Weiming Yu as they prepare for and compete alongside fellow members of the Delayed Entry Program at RS San Francisco's Battle of the Bay. The annual pool function is an opportunity for future Marines to build camaraderie, strengthen their commitment to the Marine Corps, and prepare for recruit training by competing in athletic competitions and receiving military related periods of instruction.
