A large group of U.S. Navy personnel are standing at attention and rendering a salute inside what appears to be a hangar or warehouse facility. The majority are wearing Navy Working Uniform (NWU) Type III camouflage pattern with tan covers, while a smaller group on the right is wearing green flight suits. This appears to be a formal military ceremony or official event.

PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY, KEKAHA (September 11, 2026) - Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Sailors stood alongside base personnel and the PMRF Fire Department today to honor the memory of those lost on Sept. 11, 2001, and to pay tribute to the courage and sacrifice of first responders. The ceremonial bell toll served as a solemn reminder of the lives lost, the bravery of those who responded, and the enduring promise to never forget. This brief ceremony was a welcome respite from hurricane recovery efforts and reflected the resilience, service, and unity that carry PMRF forward. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain test and training range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
