    Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Mid-Atlantic was recognized for its readiness recovery and production excellence efforts. During the past 18 months, FRC Mid-Atlantic addressed significant production backlogs and equipment availability challenges through a focused recovery strategy.

    The team slashed its overall backlog by 60%, reducing the total workload from 2,045 to 820 work orders. It also reduced by 76% the number of work orders affecting the timely replenishment of critical support equipment while simultaneously increasing support equipment availability from 54% to 82%.

    These improvements strengthened FRC Mid-Atlantic’s ability to return equipment to the fleet and sustain readiness.
