    The EA-18G Growler team exceeded readiness targets in 2025, despite high operational demands, aging systems, supply chain constraints and technical obsolescence.

    Partners across naval aviation and industry collaborated to tackle the platform's leading maintenance roadblock by establishing organic depot capability for Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Enhancement kits two years ahead of schedule. The effort accelerated repairs and improved aircraft availability. Fleet Readiness Center Northwest also reengineered its workflows, increasing pod production efficiency and achieving a 93% ready-for-issue rate.

    The team met mission-capable targets for 327 days and fully mission-capable targets for 296 days, sustaining mission readiness for 12 months.

    Kimberly Priest, EA-18G assistant program manager for logistics credited the accomplishment to cross-enterprise collaboration that ensured the aircraft and its airborne electronic attack capability were ready and available to the fleet when needed for missions.
