U.S. Army Spc. Jazzamyn Bishop, a military police officer assigned to the 603rd Military Police Company, 109th Military Police Battalion, uses a radio to call in a nine-line medical evacuation report during a medical training exercise as part of the 603rd Dark Knight competition at Ādaži Military Base, Latvia, Sept. 8, 2026. Medevac reports are used by personnel in combat scenarios to request assistance in removing casualties from the battlefield while also providing relevant information to responders regarding details such as location, number of casualties or special equipment needed for the evacuation. V Corps is the U.S. Army's only forward-deployed corps, serving as the senior tactical headquarters for Army forces in Eastern Europe to deter conflict and provide combat-ready forces alongside our NATO allies. V Corps is operationalizing and expanding the Eastern Flank Deterrence Initiative with Allies, rapidly integrating emerging technologies into training and tactical plans.
