A military or coast guard helicopter flies over a choppy, deep-blue open ocean under an overcast sky. In the lower-left portion of the frame, there is a visible disturbance on the water surface, possibly a submerged reef, debris, or the aftermath of an impact or explosion. The scene suggests a maritime patrol, search-and-rescue, or surveillance operation.
