A formal military ceremony is taking place inside a large aircraft hangar, with hundreds of attendees seated in folding chairs facing a decorated stage. Both the American and Japanese flags are prominently displayed, indicating a joint U.S.-Japan military event, likely a change of command or commissioning ceremony. Military personnel in white dress uniforms make up the majority of the audience, with civilians interspersed throughout.
