A helicopter rescue operation is underway over open water, with a rescue swimmer wearing a yellow helmet and diving fins hoisting what appears to be a survivor or casualty on a hoist cable. The scene is set against a backdrop of green mountainous terrain and an industrial facility with red-and-white striped smokestacks visible across the water. The image captures a mid-air extraction moment, suggesting a maritime search and rescue exercise or real operation.
