Rescue Flag 26-1 gave U.S. Marines with MAG-12 and Marine Aircraft Group 36 the opportunity to work with U.S. Airmen and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force personnel on coordinated rescue operations to simulate realistic scenarios of pilot recovery from a downed aircraft.
