A helicopter hoist rescue operation is taking place over open water, with two individuals suspended mid-air on a cable — one appearing to be a rescuer in a yellow/green vest and the other a person being rescued in red. Two small watercraft or life rafts are visible on the water's surface below, with a mountainous, hazy landscape in the background. The scene suggests an active maritime search and rescue exercise or real emergency response.
