    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Aug. 21, 2026) Jane McCollum, employed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), is presented with a plaque from the Pastoral Care Residency (PCR) graduates during a PCR award ceremony in the Chapel of Comfort at NMCP, Aug. 21, 2026. Four chaplains were awarded graduation certificates for the PCR program, which is a full-time, immersive, year-long assignment that occurs over a period of four quarters.
