Two U.S. Navy officers in white dress uniforms are posing together while holding a wooden plaque inscribed 'With Gratitude' recognizing Rear Admiral Carey H. Cash as a keynote speaker for the United States Navy Pastoral Care Residency Program. The ceremony appears to take place in a chapel setting, evidenced by the stained glass window visible in the background displaying words such as 'Charity,' 'Compassion,' 'Faith,' 'Grace,' 'Healing,' 'Acceptance,' and 'Peace.' A third uniformed officer is partially visible on the right edge of the frame.
