U.S. Navy Capt. Ryan McCrillis, commander, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), discusses waterfront maintenance projects with U.S. Pacific Fleet's Total Force Management leadership near Dry Dock 5 construction site in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Aug. 10, 2026.
U.S. Pacific Fleet's (PACFLT) Total Force Management (N1) leaders toured the shipyard to get acquainted with the command and better understand how their support in hiring and growing the workforce is vital to sustaining combat-ready naval forces.
PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships. Strategically located in the heart of the Pacific, it is the most comprehensive fleet repair and maintenance facility between the U.S. West Coast and the Far East. (U.S. Navy photo by Camey Streff)
