Tawni Agsalda, a machinist apprentice at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), shares her current project with U.S. Navy Capt. Ryan McCrillis, shipyard commander, in the inside machine shop in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Aug. 10, 2026.
McCrillis led a tour for U.S. Pacific Fleet Total Force Management leaders to highlight the facility's daily operations and emphasize how their support in hiring and developing the workforce is vital to sustaining combat-ready naval forces.
