    Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations

    U.S. Army Sgt. Tephanie Constantine, and Staff Sgt. Michelle Santillan, both fatality management specialists assigned to the 387th Quartermaster Company, deliver instructions to participants at Grayling Army Airfield, Michigan, during Exercise Northern Strike 26-2, Aug. 8, 2026. As part of Northern Strike 26-2, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations, Navy morticians and 3F1 Silver Flag instructors train participants together in a realistic, joint-service environment alongside Marine Corps PRP (Personnel Retrieval and Processing) Company and Army 92M (Fatality management specialists). This ensures joint service personnel receive world-class training and are prepared to deploy and operate seamlessly with joint and coalition forces, maintaining the optimal standard of care in any combat or austere environment.
