    U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Marjorie Razal, a Silver Flag instructor assigned to the 435th Construction and Training Squadron and Staff Sgt. Leo Gonzales III, a Silver Flag contingency instructor assigned to the 554th Redhorse squadron, prepare a transfer case for training at Grayling Army Airfield, Michigan, during Exercise Northern Strike 26-2, Aug. 8, 2026. As part of Northern Strike 26-2, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations, Navy morticians and 3F1 Silver Flag instructors train participants together in a realistic, joint-service environment alongside Marine Corps Personnel Retrieval and Processing (PRP) Company and Army 92M (Fatality management specialists). This ensures joint service personnel receive world-class training and are prepared to deploy and operate seamlessly with joint and coalition forces, maintaining the optimal standard of care in any combat or austere environment.
