    U.S. Army Sgt. Tephanie Constantine, and Staff Sgt. Michelle Santillan, both fatality management specialists assigned to the 387th Quartermaster Company, deliver instructions to participants during Exercise Northern Strike 26-2, at Grayling Army Airfield, Michigan, Aug. 8, 2026. As part of Northern Strike 26-2, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations, Navy morticians and 3F1 Silver Flag instructors train participants together in a realistic, joint-service environment alongside Marine Corps PRP (Personnel Retrieval and Processing) Company and Army 92M (Fatality management specialists). This ensures joint service personnel receive world-class training and are prepared to deploy and operate seamlessly with joint and coalition forces, maintaining the optimal standard of care in any combat or austere environment.
