Velazquez departs through sideboys following the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium. Velazquez transferred command to Capt. Joshua A. Miller before departing for his next assignment as Force Surgeon, Marine Forces Pacific.
