Daniel Robinson, command chaplain for U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Yokosuka delivers the invocation during the USNMRTC Yokosuka change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium. The ceremony marked the transfer of command from Capt. Torrin W. Velazquez to Capt. Joshua A. Miller.
