Brown, commander, Naval Medical Forces Pacific; director, Defense Health Network Pacific Rim; and chief of the Navy Medical Corps, passes through sideboys before presiding over the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium. Brown officiated the transfer of command from Capt. Torrin W. Velazquez to Capt. Joshua A. Miller.
