YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 23, 2026) — Service members and guests stand for the presentation of colors and the playing of the national anthem during U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka’s change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium. The ceremony marked the transfer of command from Capt. Torrin W. Velazquez to Capt. Joshua A. Miller.
