A group of approximately 10-12 individuals wearing orange high-visibility safety vests are gathered outdoors near a coastal or wetland area. One person appears to be presenting information using a board or document while the group listens. The setting suggests a site visit, field inspection, or environmental briefing at a waterfront location.

The tour highlighted USACE beneficial reuse practices using dredged material from Chesapeake Bay navigation channels. USACE Baltimore District staff escorted the delegation across the 1,715-acre site. The visit supports an ongoing partnership between USACE and Dutch water management authorities spanning more than a century.
