A group of five adults stands outdoors on a sandy, vegetated path near a body of water. A person wearing a high-visibility yellow safety vest and black cap appears to be leading a guided tour or site briefing, gesturing with one hand while addressing the group. The setting suggests an environmental, conservation, or field inspection event.

The tour highlighted USACE beneficial reuse practices using dredged material from Chesapeake Bay navigation channels. USACE Baltimore District staff escorted the delegation across the 1,715-acre site. The visit supports an ongoing partnership between USACE and Dutch water management authorities spanning more than a century.
