A group of approximately eight to nine people wearing high-visibility safety vests are gathered in a coastal wetland or marsh area near a body of water. One individual, wearing a yellow-green vest and dark cap, appears to be leading a briefing or site tour, gesturing with their hands toward the surrounding environment. The setting suggests a field inspection, environmental assessment, or safety walkthrough at an outdoor worksite.

Delegates from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Embassy of France view restored habitat cells at Poplar Island, July 1, 2026. The tour highlighted USACE beneficial reuse practices using dredged material from Chesapeake Bay navigation channels. USACE Baltimore District staff escorted the delegation across the 1,715-acre site. The visit supports an ongoing partnership between USACE and Dutch water management authorities spanning more than a century.
