A group of approximately 9-10 people are gathered outdoors in a grassy field, most wearing high-visibility safety vests in orange and yellow/lime green. One individual on the right appears to be leading a briefing or presentation, gesturing with their hands while holding a clipboard or documents. The setting includes tall grass, an orange construction barrier in the background, and an overcast sky suggesting a site visit or field inspection.
