A Forsgren contractor provides an update on construction progress to members of the Lower San Joaquin River Project Delivery Team during a site visit at Tenmile Slough Reach 30 Left Bank (TS30L) in Stockton, California on June 26, 2026. The visit provided an opportunity to review ongoing levee improvements and discuss project milestones supporting long-term flood risk reduction.
The Tenmile Slough, Reach 30 Left Bank (TS30L) portion of the Lower San Joaquin River project includes strengthening approximately 5,900 feet of levee through a fix-in-place design that features a cut-off wall, levee geometry improvements, and waterside erosion protection. Construction is expected to be completed November 2026, helping reduce flood risk for surrounding communities.
