A member of the Minnesota National Guard’s 55th Civil Support Team listens as Lt. Col. T. C. Zdon gives a joint mission briefing at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Duluth in Duluth, Minnesota, June 10, 2026. The briefing brought together participants from the 55th CST, U.S. Coast Guard, FBI, and local first responders to synchronize and coordinate their roles prior to a field training exercise.
