Benjamin Varley with the Minnesota National Guard’s 55th Civil Support Team set up a technical decontamination line at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Duluth in Duluth, Minnesota, June 10, 2026. The decontamination line is a critical capability that allows the team to safely remove hazardous materials from first responders and equipment after operating in a contaminated area.
