MAKEMO, French Polynesia-- Lance Cpl. David AreasGrube, 4th Civil Affairs Group, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, and a member of the Pacific Response Group hand out food and water as part of a humanitarian aid scenario during Marara 26, June 9, 2026. Marara 26 is a French-led multinational exercise in French Polynesia that enhances interoperability and strengthens humanitarian assistance and disaster response capabilities among Indo-Pacific allies and partners.
