MAKEMO, French Polynesia-- Members of the Pacific Response Group and U.S. Marines from 4th Civil Affairs Group set up a food and water distribution point during Marara 26 on June 9, 2026. Marara 26 is a French-led multinational exercise in French Polynesia that enhances interoperability and strengthens humanitarian assistance and disaster response capabilities among Indo-Pacific allies and partners.
