U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Brain Wolford, the former commanding general of Marine Corps Installations Pacific, and Brig. Gen. Ralph Rizzo, the commanding general of MCIPAC, stand at attention for the the Marines’ Hymn during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, June 12, 2026.
