Army Staff Sgt. Pelle Arthur, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany, received the 2025 MHS Enlisted Leadership Excellence Award for a vanguard non-commissioned officer at the 2026 Military Health System Conference in Dallas, Texas, May 28.
Dr. Stephen Ferrara, former principal deputy assistant secretary of war for health affairs, and Army Command Sgt. Maj. John E. Dobbins, senior enlisted advisor to the U.S. Army surgeon general, presented the award.
