Navy Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman Raymond Pomida, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit, Virginia, received the 2025 MHS Enlisted Leadership Excellence Award for a senior non-commissioned officer at the 2026 Military Health System Conference in Dallas, Texas, May 28.
Dr. Stephen Ferrara, former principal deputy assistant secretary of war for health affairs, Navy Command Master Chief Jerry Cantorna, U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and Navy Force Master Chief PatrickPaul Mangaran, senior enlisted leader for the DHA, presented the award.
