COL Shaker Faris Gadab Mahde Alazawi, commander of the 203rd Iraqi National Guard Battalion, adress his troops during a suprise visit to their training area on Forward Operating Base Orion on Aug. 4. During his speech, the colonel told the soldiers to be patient, work hard and endure the tough training so they can fight insurgents, because Iraq has a lot of imported terrorists who encourage weak Iraqis to help them.
