    Command Sergeant Major Neil Ciotola, 1st Cavalry Division, assumed his new appointment during a passing of responsibilty ceremony at Camp Cooke, Aug 28. During the event, Ciotola received the division colors, passed down to him from Division Commander, Maj. Gen. Peter Chiarelli. The passing of the colors represents the passing of responsibility from CSM Schindler to Ciotola. The Soldiers of the 1st Cav. Div. Honor Guard represent the more than 34,000 U.S and Coalition Forces in Task Force Baghdad.
