U.S. Army Sgt. Tahze Vaughan, 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 59th Troop Command, South Carolina National Guard conducts M4 rifle zeroing and range qualification tables during the Region III Best Warrior Competition (BWC) at the North Carolina National Guard Camp Butner Training Center in Stem, North Carolina, April 29, 2026. The BWC is a multi-day event organized in state, regional, and national phases that promotes excellence and resiliency in the National Guard. Throughout the event, participants are challenged mentally and physically in critical areas encompassing individual combat skills and doctrinal knowledge.
