EVERETT, Wash. (Aug. 10, 2023) – Seaman Davion Gibson and Command Master Chief Jeffery Flemming of guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102) work with a Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (PACT) program detailer during the MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium Pacific Northwest held at Naval Station Everett. The Navy Personnel Command Fleet Engagement Team provided career counseling to 133 PACT Sailors from Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, which resulted in 118 Sailors gaining a rating with follow-on orders or on track for a rating that requires a package submission.
