Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Karl Schultz stops during a tour of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy (WAGB 20) on Sept. 6, 2021, to reflect on a memorial plaque for two Coast Guard divers who passed away during an Arctic deployment in 2006.
