Military personnel in MARPAT camouflage uniforms and Navy working uniforms are conducting what appears to be a casualty care or mass casualty drill on the deck of a naval vessel. At least two individuals are lying on the deck being attended to by multiple service members, some wearing black face masks. A red cross medical bag is visible in the lower left corner, indicating a medical training exercise.
