U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Robert Granger from U.S. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans jumps into the water from an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter to rescue a training dummy off the coast of Northern Brazil on Jan. 14, 2021.
