An aerial photograph shows three naval/coast guard vessels sailing in formation on open ocean waters. The foreground features a large US Navy Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) with a visible wake, followed by a white US Coast Guard cutter in the middle distance, and a gray naval vessel (likely a foreign navy frigate or corvette) in the background. The ships appear to be conducting a joint maritime exercise or patrol operation.
