201011-M-UV498-1559 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 11, 2020) – A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit takes off from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) in preparation for planning and coordination of forward command element operations.
