201011-M-UV498-1473 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 11, 2020) – A U.S. Navy MH-60S Sea Hawk assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 23 takes off from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) in preparation for planning and coordination of forward command element operations.
