A heavily weathered and deteriorated military aircraft, bearing the serial number '0034', is parked outside a large maintenance hangar marked 'OC-ALC' with a U.S. Air Force logo. The aircraft appears to be a B-52 Stratofortress in a state of disassembly or depot-level maintenance, with significant paint loss and structural components exposed. The location is the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base.

"Wise Guy," tail number 60-0034, is the second B-52 Stratofortress to go through a three-phase regeneration process to return to service. "Ghost Rider," tail number 61-0007, was the first to return to service in 2015, both through efforts from the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, and the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at Tinker.
