Kristi Gassaway has served as a customer experience specialist at the Tinker Base Exchange's firearms department for less than a year. She is from Newalla, OK, and enjoys coffee and puzzles. The duties of her job include assisting customers in buying ammunition and firearms. She and her coworkers clean all firearms before and after being touched by workers and customers. Countertops and high-touch items like the register and credit card machine are also cleaned after every use. The firearms also get thoroughly cleaned again at the end of every night.
