    Firefighters haul a distressed crew member (mannequin) from the workboat up to the top of the lockwall where paramedics were waiting. The St. Louis District Corps of Engineers, coordinated with local fire departments and first responders to conduct an exercise in which a towboat inside the lock chamber had an emergency and required assistance. In addition to USACE, members of the Granite City and Madison fire departments and 376th Engineer Firefighter Detachment participated.
